Tension pressure sensor

date:2024-12-16 from:handler click:20

Tension pressure sensor, also known as force measuring and weighing sensor, is a device that converts physical signals into measurable electrical signals. It is mediated by an elastomer, through the force acting on the resistance plate on both sides of the sensor to make its resistance value change, and then through the corresponding circuit into an electrical signal, so as to achieve the following control. It has column type, S type, widely used in industrial weighing system, platform scale, electronic scale, hook scale, batching scale and other force measurement occasions.

Performance of tension pressure sensors

1, repeatability: Repeatability refers to the degree of inconsistency of the characteristic curve obtained when the input quantity of the sensor is changed continuously in the same direction for the full range.

2, sensitivity: Sensitivity is an important indicator of the static characteristics of the sensor. It is defined as the ratio of the increment of the output quantity to the corresponding increment of the input quantity that causes the increment. The sensitivity is denoted by S.

3, linearity: refers to the degree of deviation of the actual relationship curve between the sensor output and input from the fitting line. Defined as the ratio of the maximum deviation between the actual characteristic curve and the fitted line in the full scale range to the full scale output value.

4, drift: The drift of the sensor means that in the case of constant input, the output of the sensor changes with time, and the second phenomenon is called drift. There are two reasons for the drift: one is the structural parameters of the sensor itself; The second is the surrounding environment (such as temperature, humidity, etc.).

5, hysteresis: The sensor in the input from small to large (positive stroke) and input from large to small (reverse stroke) during the change of its input and output characteristic curve does not coincide phenomenon becomes hysteresis. For the same size of the input signal, the positive and negative stroke output signal of the sensor is not equal, and this difference is called the hysteresis value.
