We need to master the correct operation method when using the weighing junction box, so that mistakes can be avoided in the process of use. The following is a small series for you to explain the correct way to connect the load cell and the junction box.
Connection of load cell to junction box
The cable of the weighing sensor will pass through the weighing platform, enter the junction box through the sealed joint, and connect to the corresponding terminal in the junction box according to the different color code of the four core or six core cable, or according to the positive and negative feedback, positive and negative excitation power, positive and negative signal after measurement. Tie the remaining cables of the sensor with plastic cable ties.
The junction box is connected to the weighing display instrument
One end of the special shielded cable is entered into the junction box through the sealed joint, each core wire is connected to the corresponding terminal post in the junction box, and the other end is welded through the metal tube to the special plug corresponding to the weighing display instrument, so as to insert into the socket of the weighing display instrument. There are three things to note:
1. Different weighing display meters need to use different weighing display sockets, different plug forms, different connections.
2. After the input and output lines in the junction box are connected, the connectors should be tightened, twisted and sealed, and the desiccant should be put on and the moisture-proof work should be done before the junction box plate is fixed;
3. For different weighing sensors, input, output and feedback need to be distinguished according to different color codes. The grounding of the electronic scale system is very important, not only to protect personal safety, but also to ensure that the system is stable and reliable, and the grounding measures of the system can not be underestimated. The general electronic scale system has two ground points, one is the ground platform, with one or several ground cables, the scale body and the ground pile are connected. The other is the ground pile in the weighing room to ground the instrument housing;
