TS-MPS350 is a high temperature pressure sensor made of sputtering principle, its core component is sputtering thin sensitive core, which can convert the measured pressure into an electrical signal, and be amplified to become an electrical signal that can be received by the pressure controller, so as to realize the measurement and control of the system pressure. It has the characteristics of good long-term stability, low temperature coefficient, shock resistance and impact resistance. Thanks to the sputtering process, it can withstand a higher temperature range and working range.

Scope of use

The products are mainly used for the pressure measurement and control of industrial process gas and liquid medium with wide working range and wide temperature zone.
